My name is Neil Bloor and I am fortunate to have had a long and very successful career in Project and Programme Management. I now want to help others to achieve their own success by offering to mentor a small number of individuals who can benefit from my experience.
There are many definitions of Mentoring available however my take is:
'An experienced practitioner who gives support and advice over a period of time to help someone to be successful in their career.'
